Job summary

CAI-Nevada Chapter is seeking an experienced director to oversee community associations, building strong builder relationships and guiding the setup of new communities with contracts and budgets.

The role includes supervising the operations team, coordinating across departments on meetings, protocols, and processes, and mentoring staff up to management level. Strong governance knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Nevada CAM supervisory license required.
• 4+ years community management experience.
• Supervisory experience is required; ability to mentor staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Successful administration, operation, and maintenance of assigned communities in compliance with governing documents and law.
• Attend meetings as needed.
• Develop relationships with builders and oversee setup of new communities, including contracts and budgets.
• Supervise the operations department and coordinate with other departments regarding meetings, protocols, and processes.
• Train and mentor staff, including managers and provisional managers.
