Job summary

Target Hospitality seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations at the lodge in Winters, TX. You will supervise housekeepers and laundry staff to meet room and community space cleanliness and quality standards in a high-occupancy environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety SOPs, maintaining inventory and room counts, and delivering world-class guest service. A minimum of 5+ years in housekeeping, strong English communication, and ability to work rotating

Qualifications

• 5+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in a remote camp or hotel/hospitality environment.
• Strong communication in English (written and oral).
• Ability to work in a team and supervise staff.
• Must pass background check and urinalysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations and supervise housekeepers and laundry staff.
• Ensure guest rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Enforce safety SOPs, policies, and procedures; maintain safety culture.
• Maintain room counts and inventory for housekeeping assignments.
• Provide world-class customer service and respond to guest needs.
