Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day housekeeping operations at the lodge, supervising housekeepers and laundry staff to ensure guest rooms and spaces meet cleanliness and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.

This hourly position follows a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, focusing on safety, routine inspections, training, inventory control, and delivering world‑class service to guests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years housekeeping experience, preferably in remote camp or hotel/hospitality, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• First aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and unsupervised, with strong prioritization.
• Willingness to travel and long rotations away from home.
• Must pass background check and urinalysis.
• Provide transportation to and from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations at the lodge.
• Supervise housekeepers and laundry staff to meet cleanliness standards.
• Ensure rooms and common areas comply with community standards.
• Maintain accurate counts of rooms cleaned and assignments.
• Enforce safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
• Prepare and maintain housekeeping carts and PPE supplies.
• Restock guest room items and sanitize washrooms.
• Attend to guest needs and deliver world-class service.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
