W.C. Bradley Co. seeks a Guest Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest experiences across lodging, dining, and activities.

You will coordinate hunting excursions, reservations, and transportation, while acting as the main contact before, during, and after each stay. The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and a passion for outdoor recreation and hospitality. On-property, you will execute schedules, cabin assignments, and special instructions under the Hospitality

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism education preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, luxury lodging, or outdoor recreation.
• Knowledge of hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with reservation and property management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests, provide lodge orientation and assist with luggage.
• Coordinate hunting trips, fishing excursions, and other activities per plan.
• Arrange transportation, dining plans, and lodging itineraries.
• Maintain guest itineraries and post-stay documentation.
• Coordinate room setup and handoffs among staff and service providers.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and escalate when needed.
• Conduct on-property checks for cleanliness and readiness.
