Job summary

Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a Lodge Attendant to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming lodges, restrooms, dining areas, and public spaces. You will perform routine cleaning, respond to custodial needs, and help meet health and safety standards during peak ski season.

This role requires physical stamina and a positive guest-focused attitude, with interaction to enhance the overall resort experience. Housing eligibility is noted for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and welcome all Crystal Mountain guests.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop all lodge floors.
• Maintain and stock restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize facilities.
• Report any restroom or lodge maintenance to Facilities Manager.
• Shampoo carpets.
