Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Lodge Attendant to keep our guest spaces clean, safe, and welcoming across lodges, restrooms, dining areas, and shops. You’ll perform routine cleaning, respond to urgent custodial needs, and help maintain health and safety standards during peak season.

This full-time, on-site role requires stamina, teamwork, and the ability to work in cold conditions. Housing is available for eligible positions, with competitive wages between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and welcome Crystal Mountain guests.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop lodge floors and restrooms.
• Maintain and stock restrooms; sanitize facilities and handles.
• Attend to spills and messes; straighten tables and chairs.
• Transport trash and recycling to containers; report maintenance.
