Job summary

Mountain-Capital-Partners is seeking a Lodge Attendant to maintain cleanliness of lodges and locker rooms, assist guests, and collaborate with Base Camp Hotel housekeeping. The role requires a friendly, proactive team player able to answer general questions about the resort.

Responsibilities include restock and clean restrooms, basic snow removal, trash duties, and flexible support across on-mountain departments.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation.
Professional communication skills.
Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays as well as some evenings when required.
Ability to solve problems and take direction.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Stock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, soap and trash receptacles and keep them clean.
Check toilets for operability and plunge/clean as needed.
Take out trash throughout the day and at the end of the day.
Assist guests with locker room needs and keep locker room areas clean.
Keep pavers and locker rooms free of trash.
Perform snow removal on pavers, stairs and other assigned areas.
Interact positively with guests and provide basic resort information.
Know lodge and mountain areas to answer general questions.
Coordinate with Base Camp Hotel housekeeping and other on-mountain departments when needed.
