Job summary

Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, seeks a Grounds & Facilities Attendant for seasonal work in Washington. You will assist with lodge maintenance, outdoor space upkeep, and snow removal to ensure guest safety and experience during winter operations.

Applicants should be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level, perform manual labor in winter conditions, and operate snow removal equipment. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.
• Physical ability for manual snow removal tasks.
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment such as snow blowers.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Customer service skills to assist guests.
• Flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and snowstorms.

Responsibilities

• Move patio furniture and fire pits to various locations.
• Maintain outdoor spaces like decks and walkways.
• Collect litter and ensure proper disposal.
• Clear snow from walkways, steps, and parking areas.
• Operate snow blowers and spread ice melt.
• Monitor weather and prepare for storms.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
