Crystal Mountain is seeking a Lodge Attendant to keep our guest spaces clean, safe, and welcoming across lodges, restrooms, dining areas, and shops. You’ll perform routine cleaning, respond to urgent custodial needs, and help maintain health and safety standards during peak season.
This full-time, on-site role requires stamina, teamwork, and the ability to work in cold conditions. Housing is available for eligible positions, with competitive wages between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour DOE.

The Lodge Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff across all resort facilities. This includes lodges, restrooms, dining areas, rental shops, and other public spaces. You will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks, responding to urgent custodial needs, and ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards-especially during peak ski season when guest traffic is high.
This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in cold-weather conditions. A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction are essential, as Lodge Attendants often interact with visitors and contribute directly to their overall resort experience.
