Mountain-Capital-Partners is seeking a Lodge Attendant to maintain cleanliness of lodges and locker rooms, assist guests, and collaborate with Base Camp Hotel housekeeping. The role requires a friendly, proactive team player able to answer general questions about the resort.

Responsibilities include restock and clean restrooms, basic snow removal, trash duties, and flexible support across on-mountain departments.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays as well as some evenings when required.
  • Ability to solve problems and take direction.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Stock restrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, soap and trash receptacles and keep them clean.
  • Check toilets for operability and plunge/clean as needed.
  • Take out trash throughout the day and at the end of the day.
  • Assist guests with locker room needs and keep locker room areas clean.
  • Keep pavers and locker rooms free of trash.
  • Perform snow removal on pavers, stairs and other assigned areas.
  • Interact positively with guests and provide basic resort information.
  • Know lodge and mountain areas to answer general questions.
  • Coordinate with Base Camp Hotel housekeeping and other on-mountain departments when needed.

Job description

Purpose of the position:The purpose of the Lodge Attendant is to ensure and maintain thecleanliness of the assigned lodges including locker rooms, restrooms, outdoorareas and other areas as assigned by the Facilities Manager. As well as positiveinteractions with guests along with the ability to answer general questionsabout the resort.Essential Functions: Keep restrooms stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash) and clean. Checking the toilets to ensure they are operational, plunge and clean ifnecessary. Taking care of any janitorial issues that may occur during your shift. Take out trash throughout the day, as needed, as well as at the end of the day. Helping guests with any locker room needs. Keep the locker room and pavers free of trash. Snow removal from paver, stairs, and other assigned areas. Positive interactions with the guests. Knowledge of the lodges and mountain, and the ability to answer generalquestions about the resort. Flexibility in working with/at Base Camp Hotel Housekeeping staff. Flexibility to help other on-mountain departments when asked.Education / Training / License(s) / Certification(s) Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age.Competencies Required: Knowledge of safety and sanitation. Professional communication skills. Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays as well as someevenings when required. Ability to solve problems and take direction. Ability to work in a team environment. Possess a commitment to provide high-quality products and guest services. Possess internal drive and motivation. Ability to work calmly under pressure and create a fun, professional workenvironment.Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs. without assistance. Must be able to lift arms overhead. Position involves bending, twisting, stooping repeatedly throughout theworkday.
