One Community Health in White Salmon, WA seeks a licensed MD/DO/NP/PA for a limited-duration family medicine role covering a physician on leave. The 0.5–1.0 FTE position focuses on comprehensive primary care in a collaborative clinic setting.

The role requires board certification and current Oregon licensure; DEA license in good standing is required. The clinic emphasizes community-driven care and team-based practice.

Qualifications

Candidate can be a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA. This position is located at our clinic in White Salmon, WA and will be limited in duration with a possibility of extension.

• 0.5- 1.0 position, covering a patient panel for a provider that will be taking a leave of absence.
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services.
• Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school with current Board Certification.
• Current Oregon MD, DO, NP or PA license.
• DEA licensure in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in Primary Care
• Experience with Epic EMR

Compensation:

• W-2 Salaried/Exempt: $130,000-$310,000 annually, depending on experience/license.
• Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
