Job summary

Adventist Health Columbia Gorge in The Dalles, OR is seeking an outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join a cohesive team of APPs, nurses, and medical assistants. The position offers a balanced week with call expectations and opportunities for NHSC loan repayment.

Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine, with an unrestricted Oregon license. We provide comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision, retirement plans, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, and loan repayment

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year U.S. allopathic or osteopathic medical school.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care in a collaborative team.
• Work with APPs, nurses and medical assistants to deliver evidence-based care.
• Participate in call schedules and clinical governance.

Family Medicine is a designated NHSC (National Health Service Corps) service site allowing for loan repayment options, as well as a Rural Health site offering Oregon income tax credit. We are a designated 5 STAR Primary Care Medical Home with integrated Behavioral Health, on-site diabetes education and EPIC EMR.

Education:
