Job summary

One Community Health in The Dalles, Oregon, invites (FNP or PA) providers to join a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center. You will manage a personal panel, deliver comprehensive family medicine, and collaborate with a team of clinicians in a supportive setting.

The role is full-time (4 days/week: 32 patient contact hours and 8 hours of asynchronous care). Epic EMR experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is valued for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and board certification in family medicine or related field.
• Current Oregon NP or PA license and DEA licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of professional clinical experience in family practice or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients.
• Work in a collaborative environment with experienced clinicians.
• Maintain full-time schedule: 4 days per week (32 patient contact hours) plus 8 hours of asynchronous care.

Candidate can be a licensed FNP or PA. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field.
• Current Oregon NP or PA license and DEA licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of professional clinical experience in family practice or related field.

Compensation:

• Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $130,000.00 base salary + RVU access bonus incentive pay
• Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
