Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a hospital-based general surgeon for call coverage in Virginia. The assignment involves Thursday 7am to Monday 7am coverage, with historically busy call volume and an adults-only patient population.

Required: diabetic feet procedures and upper and lower endoscopies. Hospital privileges are required, and the assignment is ongoing until a permanent provider is secured. Housing, travel, and malpractice coverage are arranged.

Qualifications

• General surgery experience preferred.
• Ability to perform endoscopic procedures as required.
• Experience with diabetic foot procedures is beneficial.

• Provide hospital-based general surgery coverage.
