Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent plus relevant experience in operations or military leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise railroad personnel and management on repairs and locomotive status.
• Work inside locomotive diesel repair shops and collaborate with customer teams.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and material support on site.
• Coordinate with teams to plan labor, material, and logistics.
• Support continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and contract adherence.
• Complete shift turnovers and communicate material needs and statuses.
• Uphold governmental regulations and site rules; ensure attendance reliability.
