Job summary

FlyLock Security Solutions Oakland is seeking a Lead Locksmith Technician to join our hands-on team. You will install, repair and maintain commercial and residential hardware, manage master key systems, and work on access control hardware.

The role requires strong customer service, independence and teamwork, and safety on ladders. Franchise responsibilities include handling on-site visits and emergency service orders, with training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in locksmithing, access control, door hardware, and related trades.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple functions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work safely on ladders and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency work orders for commercial clients.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Experience with Safe and Card Access is a plus.
• Install, repair, and maintain access control hardware.
• Modify hardware for locks and create/master key systems.
• Read instructions and communicate effectively with customers.
