Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass criminal and vehicular background checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate woodworking machines; assist in glass, insulation, and finishes installation.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights up to 110 feet; follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with principals, staff, and students; work within a maintenance team.
• Operate software programs and manage key control systems; assist in budgeting and planning.
• Maintain the district keying system and issue key codes for projects.
• Install, repair, and service locking devices; cut and duplicate keys; maintain records.
• Assist with vendor quotes and project documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
