Responsibilities

• Extract and prepare work by opening envelopes and organizing items for processing.
• Scan documents in required order and orientation, ensuring items are captured correctly.
• Classify documents (check, stub, coupon, material, envelopes) and correct misclassifications.
• Validate items for negotiability and identification following guidance.
• Handle multi-check and no-check transactions, scanning in sequence when mixed.
• Ensure image quality and re-run items as needed, clean equipment when required.
• Record tray/run details and close bundles with proper sizing and order.
• Escalate exceptions (cash, foreign items, unimageable items) per procedure.
• Collaborate across production areas to support team goals.
