• Processes and keys Lockbox client receivables deposits and customer internal loan payments utilizing Lockbox software.
• Prepares remittance and correspondence related to processed receivables and distributes to Lockbox clients daily.
• Generates and reviews monthly reports. Escalate any discrepancies to the Senior Lockbox Processor.
• Demonstrates Five Star Bank Experience standards in every interaction with customers and associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
