Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with data entry and basic process documentation.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accuracy under targets.

Responsibilities

• Extract remittances and maintain productivity and quality levels.
• Process and reconcile transactions per established policies.
• Ensure materials and equipment are ready to complete transactions; confirm operational status.
• Provide feedback on workflow and work received.
• Review transactions and related documents to ensure accuracy and policy conformance.
