Responsibilities

• Sort, monitor, and process a high volume of mail with accuracy
• Prepare and process customer payments for processing
• Maintain and verify remittance mail and related documentation
• Log and track incoming mail and verify outgoing mail
• Perform data entry with minimal errors and meet deadlines
• Assist new employees and provide back-up support as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of bank customer information
• Follow detailed instructions and operate in a team environment
