SPS is hiring a Service Delivery Associate (Mini) in Colorado to accurately process payments and documents received by mail. The role involves opening mail, operating scanning equipment, and maintaining production and quality standards in a fast-paced lockbox environment.

Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail according to predefined procedures.
• Operate scanning equipment to capture images of checks, payment coupons, and other documents.
• Verify image quality and clarity; adjust as necessary.
• Conduct regular quality checks and report issues promptly to supervision.
• Adhere to policies on security and confidentiality; meet production and quality standards.
