Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Location Supervisor to support the General Manager in daily operations at our entertainment center. You will provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to ensure an exceptional guest experience and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, handling cash and inventory, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of leadership experience in amusement, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or related customer service roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic business applications.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily location operations while leading by example and upholding Family Entertainment Group values.
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop team members for high performance and guest service.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance management, recognition, and corrective action.
• Oversee daily activities including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and facility presentation.
• Ensure games, equipment, and displays are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally to create memorable experiences.
• Assist General Manager in achieving revenue, profitability, and operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Complete reports, participate in training, and perform other duties as assigned.
