Job summary

Family Entertainment Group in Baraboo, WI seeks a Location Supervisor to assist the General Manager with daily operations, lead by example, and uphold company standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach and develop team members, manage scheduling, cash handling, and facility presentation, and help drive revenue and safety compliance across a busy entertainment location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One or more years of leadership experience in amusement, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or a related customer service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic business applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations.
• Complete required reports, participate in training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Location Supervisor supports the General Manager in the daily operation of the location by providing leadership, coaching, and operational oversight. This role helps ensure an exceptional guest experience, maintains company standards, develops team members, and assists in achieving operational and financial goals while fostering a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests and Playmakers.
