Job summary

Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC are seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations across sales, service, purchasing and manufacturing while driving profitability and exceptional customer service.

The role oversees a location up to $15M in annual sales, requires 3–5 years of management experience in building materials, and emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting and safety oversight with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of management experience in building materials or related industries.
• Knowledge of building materials, distribution, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates daily store activities and staff.
• Instructs and trains managers and supervisors; assigns tasks.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures on-time delivery.
• Reviews sales and department reports; controls expenses and labor costs.
• Acts as safety officer; conducts safety meetings and enforces policies.
• Develops schedules and ensures budget adherence.
• Maintains excellent customer relations and resolves issues.
