You will manage safety, budgets, and operations to deliver dependable products and service. You will coordinate inventory and deliveries, collaborate with sales, and drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, a strong safety mindset, and adherence to regulatory requirements to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising a team, including training, development, and coaching.
• Supervisory experience in an industrial environment with safety and regulatory responsibility.
• Experience in the explosives industry is ideal, including product delivery and down-hole blasting operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire employees and provide orientation and success-focused training.
• Coordinate safety programs and audits to maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage inventories, orders, and deliveries to meet customer demand.
• Oversee annual operating budget and monthly expenses.
