Job summary

You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and Human Resources, mentor staff, and adapt to varying shifts and environments, including stairs and outdoor loading areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
