Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Location Supervisor to support the General Manager in daily operations, lead by example, and foster a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests and Playmakers.

You will supervise and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and help achieve revenue and operational targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in amusement, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or related customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic business applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily location operations while leading by example and upholding Family Entertainment Group values.

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance management, recognition, and corrective action as needed.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and facility presentation.
• Ensure games and equipment are clean, operational, and well-maintained.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable guest experiences.
• Assist the GM in achieving revenue, profitability, and operational objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Complete required reports, participate in training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Location Supervisor supports the General Manager in the daily operation of the location by providing leadership, coaching, and operational oversight. This role helps ensure an exceptional guest experience, maintains company standards, develops team members, and assists in achieving operational and financial goals while fostering a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests and Playmakers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the location while leading by example and promoting Family Entertainment Group's values.


• Supervise, coach, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and exceptional guest service.


• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance management, recognition, and corrective action as needed.


• Oversee daily operational activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and facility presentation.


• Ensure games, equipment, and prize displays are clean, operational, and properly maintained.


• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating memorable guest experiences.


• Assist the General Manager in achieving revenue, profitability, and operational objectives.


• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.


• Complete required reports, participate in training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
