Final Mile is seeking a Location Manager to lead daily operations at our Michigan location(s). You will build strong client relationships, recruit and supervise independent contractors, and aim to capture 100% of the appliance delivery business while ensuring profitability and compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing P&L and expenses, leading weekly operations meetings, monitoring performance, and coordinating with client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at Michigan location(s).
• Build strong client relationships and aim for 100% appliance delivery business.
• Recruit and manage Independent Contractors and ensure profitability.
• Lead weekly operations meetings and monitor performance.
• Manage P&L, controllables, and operating/warehouse expenses.
• Coordinate with client staff and internal teams; ensure training.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
