final mile seeks a Location Supervisor to assist the Location Manager in daily operations, overseeing deliveries, routes, and contractor recruitment at the Michigan location. You will build strong client relationships, drive efficiencies, and ensure adherence to policies while fostering a positive culture.

Ideal candidates bring management or logistics experience, strong communication, and proven leadership ability, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior management and/or logistics experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and planning ability.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Support Location Manager in daily operations.
• Manage deliveries and routes; recruit/retain contractors.
