You will drive service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires an Associate’s Degree in agriculture or business and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with travel as needed and a valid driver's license.

• Associate’s Degree in agricultural or business discipline, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of supervisory related experience.

Responsibilities

• Hires, supervises, coaches, and develops full‑time and part‑time staff.
• Ensure timely, professional delivery and service of products and services.
• Train and develop assigned personnel on procedures and use of application technology.
• Drive profitable sales and services to customers and prospects.
• Manage inventory according to company guidelines.
• Maintain facilities and equipment and keep maintenance records.
