Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in agricultural or business discipline and 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel overnight as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications, licenses, and permits.
• Ability to work extended hours when business conditions require.

Responsibilities

• Hire, supervise, coach and develop both full-time and part-time assigned employees.
• Provide timely, professional delivery and service of products to customers using approved processes.
• Assist with training on application procedures and use of application technology.
• Manage inventory according to company guidelines and maintain maintenance records.
• Lead location team meetings and support dispatch, billing and reporting processes.
• Develop and implement business plans to maximize location profitability, including budgeting.
