Job summary

NEW Cooperative, Inc. seeks a Location Manager in Lohrville, IA to direct all business aspects of the location and drive growth in alignment with the cooperative’s mission and goals.

You will supervise staff, oversee safety, budgeting, and daily operations, while collaborating with dispatchers and sales teams to execute plans. A strong agribusiness background and CDL HazMat/license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant agribusiness experience required.
• At least 5 years in grain and/or agronomy operations.
• Must hold CDL Class A with HazMat and pesticide handler license.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise location staff and provide leadership.
• Schedule and facilitate location group and individual meetings.
• Direct education and development of location team.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and area managers on logistics.
• Assist with budgeting and site expansion planning.
• Promote safety and ensure policy compliance.
