Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge and safety program leadership.
• Ability to supervise employees and handle hiring/training.
• Strong inventory and purchasing procedure knowledge.
• Excellent customer and employee relations.
• Experience overseeing petroleum, grain, feed and agronomy operations.
• Experience with bookkeeping and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee location safety program and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clean, well-kept facilities and inventory.
