Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking a Localization Specialist to drive the localization of English videos into Italian, focusing on dubbing quality and voice casting. The role requires C1+ English and native Italian, with experience in video- and audio-editing tools.

At CreatorGlobal, we set the industry standard for dubbing quality, with a blend of traditional and innovative approaches.

We are in the process of expanding our language coverage, and are looking for someone with a background in audiovisual translation in the English to Italian pair.

As a Localization Specialist you’ll be an integral part of our creative team, driving the localization process of English videos into your native language.

Responsibilities

• Optimize translations and adapt for dubbing and localization from the English source video
• Select and refine voice casts to ensure they match the English source video
• Utilize new technologies to enhance dubbed content
• Manage first‑hand the production and quality control of dubbed content
• Preliminary post‑editing of clips to improve synchronization and combining inputs (in collaboration with editing team)

Requirements

• C1+ English
• Native Italian
• Experience with video‑editing and audio‑editing tools, preferably in dubbing or voiceover production
• A scrappy self‑starter with an owner‑mindset
• Comfortable working with emerging production tools and voice technologies
• Organized and structured, but able to quickly adapt to changes in plans and priorities
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Advantages & nice to have

• 1-3 years translation and or adaptation for dubbing
• Experience working in either localization, production and/or post production

Location: Remote – Italy preferred
