Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Title Manager in Burbank, CA with hybrid work options. The role oversees end-to-end delivery of titles/projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, drive process improvements, and manage risks while reporting progress to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in localization or project management, strong communication, and a keen eye for data in multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in client services/order management or localization
• Understanding end-to-end post-production and marketing campaign execution
• Attention to detail in orders and data across end-to-end processes
• Agile and adaptable to changes with strong communication
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders across functions

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of titles/projects on time and within budget
• Lead large localization projects from inception to completion
• Improve localization pipeline with leadership and product teams
• Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement
• Manage risks and communicate status to management
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders globally
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and monitor client reporting
• Ensure accurate billing for projects or titles
• Contribute to ongoing portfolio discussions and decisions
