Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Title Manager, Lead in Burbank, CA. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of titles/projects, coordinating with localization, operations and product teams. You will communicate with clients, manage budgets, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.

You will guide junior leads, own client relationships where applicable, and help ensure timely, high-quality results across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in client services/order management with leadership experience.
• Experience in post-production and marketing campaigns helpful.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy across end-to-end processes.
• Ability to adapt plans and communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end oversight for delivery on time and budget.
• Client communication with proactive updates and issue escalation.
• Understand ongoing initiatives and contribute to decisions.
• Define scope with clients and manage large localization projects.
• Improve localization pipeline with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor service quality and drive process improvements.
• Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally.
• Lead kickoff meetings and monitor client reporting.
• Provide training for junior leads and own client relationships.
