Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Title Manager in Burbank, CA, hybrid. The role oversees end-to-end delivery of localization titles and projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and high quality. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines and report status to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in localization or project management with strong communication and data interpretation skills. Collaboration across global teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience across client services/order management.
• Experience in Localization, preferably as a Localization Producer or Project Manager in entertainment, gaming, or marketing.
• Knowledge of end-to-end post-production, including marketing campaign execution.
• Ability to review orders, documentation, and data throughout order management with accuracy.
• Agile in adapting to plans to meet deadlines and manage change.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability over delivery of assigned title/project on time, within budget, and to required quality.
• Manage large localization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Improve localization pipeline in collaboration with leadership, localization operations, and product teams.
• Monitor localization service quality and drive continuous process improvements.
• Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
