Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Localization Lead to turn complex, high-volume localization work into durable, scalable systems across 30+ UI languages. You will partner with product, engineering, design, and language teams to drive strategy, programs and best practices that scale with the company’s growth.

The role emphasizes building automated workflows, defining clear metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver faster, higher quality localized experiences for users

Qualifications

Experience crafting localization strategy and systems for features in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.
Track record leading localization programs in consumer apps.
Ability to scale localization workloads using technology and AI.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end localization programs across multiple languages to improve launch speed, quality and efficiency.
Build relationships with partners (marketing, product, design, engineering) to develop localization strategy and roadmap.
Define goals, metrics and translate insights into scalable engineering requirements.
Establish workflows and tooling to increase throughput and quality across our localization system.
