Responsibilities

• Manage diverse content localization workstreams, including artwork and metadata localization; validate readiness and coordinate with vendors.
• Communicate project and title-level updates cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with product and platform technology teams to ensure delivery systems are supported.
• Create or update departmental SOPs and oversee process improvements.
• Handle invoice validation and submission; manage financial aspects of localization.
• Develop metrics for senior management to analyze project health and performance.
• Provide timely feedback on delays and challenges to meet delivery deadlines.
• Balance client demands with creative integrity and coordinate with multiple teams and territories.
