Job summary

Proton’s Localization Team is building a global content backbone. You will own localization programs end-to-end, coordinating product, design, engineering, marketing and support to ship language-ready assets on schedule.

You’ll manage budgets, vendor relationships and quality, while ensuring culturally appropriate adaptation for each market. You’ll work with a cross-functional pod structure, own experiments with the CRO team, and drive measurable impact on localization speed and conversions

Qualifications

• Owned localization projects end-to-end across multiple markets.
• Fluent English (daily use) and at least one other language.
• Experience managing vendors and freelancers with quality, cost and turnaround targets.
• Familiarity with localization standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle for your localization portfolio from planning to GA.
• Manage budgets and track translation costs per product and language.
• Build and manage a vendor bench with SLAs and NDAs.
• Ensure adaptation vs transliteration and review market-ready content.
• Lead CRO-driven localization experiments and measure outcomes.
