Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a warehouse associate in Marquette, MI, to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks. The role requires operating a forklift or pallet jack, following order sheets, and ensuring loading accuracy. You will work in varied weather with long hours and lift heavy cases daily.

Primary duties include driving equipment, tagging loads, wrapping pallets, staging, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the warehouse. Prior warehouse experience and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable).
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
