Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll provide tax expertise, complete returns, and guide clients through complex situations while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community through events, and help customers secure year‑round financial outcomes with the support of Intuit’s ecosystem and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, M–F, at least 20 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow local client base and maintain long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via video tools.
