Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will build strong local client relationships, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and help grow TurboTax’s presence in the community through outreach events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations; ability to upskill into advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events in collaboration with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, both in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
