Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise on complex situations, and connect clients with broader Intuit services.

You will build local relationships, drive client growth, and ensure a seamless, end-to-end experience using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal and state returns per season using professional software. Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Participate in discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with accurate tax solutions.

3+ years tax return experience

Onsite availability 20+ hrs/wk

Training/compliance willingness
