Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios while growing the local client base and leveraging Intuit resources for a full advisory experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to complementary services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
