Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will engage with clients personally and via virtual channels, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and expanding the local customer base.

The role emphasizes collaboration with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, to provide a complete financial picture for clients while delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualificações

• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete required training including compliance and up-skilling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to address client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
• Support marketing efforts and build long-term client relationships.
