Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and participate in community outreach. A strong tax background, on-site availability, and entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 1040s with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with branding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base and partnerships through outreach.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Develop relationships to turn transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
