Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with a network of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists to provide end-to-end support, while growing the local client base and representing the Intuit brand in the community.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete required training and wear Uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with other specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain client relationships.
