Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You’ll deliver full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end client solutions.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Be the local face of TurboTax, driving community engagement and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions, reviews, and future tax planning advice.
• Organize local events and partnerships to grow the local client base.
